Common file types are allowed. If you need to send a different file type please call to admin, system is very flexible. But system is not dedicated to movies, php serve files only to 40 MB (currently the limit is set to 700kB). But is posible add link to Youtube. For example

TechTonic_NewRequirementsForPerformanceManagmentVendors.pdf
