Organization:
There are 3 forums,
In each forum is possibility write posts,
for each post can be added 3 supplements,
for each supplement (files) max size is 700 kB and for pictures 1600x1600 pixels
There are quite a large number of accepted file types in the instruction manual, of course, the types supported by free tools are preferred.
Writing in the forum will be restricted to registered users. When it comes to reading, it can be open to everyone. I haven't found another option.
